HOME MADE REMEDIES FOR LOW SPERM COUNT

Studies have shown that, over the past 50 years, the qualities of sperm and sperm count have been on a steady and progressive decline. The average quantity of sperm produces today is less than half the quantity produces 50 years ago. The reason for this difference is the artificiality of modern day lifestyle.
The present day lifestyle is filled with both internal and external stressors in the environment. In addition poor dietary habits, excessive intake of alcohol, heavy smoking and drug abuse. Are factors which contributes to low quality and quantity of sperm. Also exposure to domestic, industrial and environmental toxins like lead in petrol, overheating of the testes due to prolong sitting during long driving or flight, sedentary work and others too numerous to mention are also factors which contributes to low sperm count.
Men who wish to enhance their sperm count and quality of sperm should eat plenty of tree ripened fruits and vegetables like fluted pumpkins, onions, garlic, sweet potato, cabbage, tomato, water melon etc. By tree ripened, I mean fruits and vegetables that ripe naturally on the tree, not artificially ripen fruits. The tree ripen fruits and vegetables contain all the require nutrients that will enhance sperm production.
Eating of whole grains like wheat, millets, unpolished rice, guinea corns, corns, legumes like green peas, beans, soya beans and seeds like sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds help to enhance sperm quality and count. Also drinking up to 8 glasses of water, taking sea foods and proteins products raised organically also increase the quality and quantity of sperm production.
Individuals who want enhance their sperm count should avoid refined or processed food that are contaminated with artificial flavors and colorants. Excessive intake of alcohol, smoking and indiscriminate use of drugs should be clearly avoided. Tight fitting under wears, prolong sitting in over heated cars or hot baths have been known to increase scrotal temperature and thus reduce the efficiency of sperm production. Thus they should be avoided.
Above all, stress levels should be drastically reduce, since this factor is one of the major cause of low sperm count with low motility in men of the modern day civilized society. Adhering to the above stated diet and conditions will definitely boost your sperm count. It is difficult to adhere strictly to these conditions especially avoiding long drive and flight, but you can minimize them to only when it is absolutely necessary. It is far better to adhere to these conditions and be productive man than to be a man who cannot impregnant a woman. This is the worst thing that can happen to any man. It should not be you.
